Doug and Janie—Singles who found a meaningful relationship

I'm Doug and I just recently moved to Atlanta. I'm an engineer for a global construction company and I do a LOT of traveling. I enjoy my work and enjoy traveling, however, it has made it very difficult to meet they types of singles I'd like to date and have a serious relationship with. At first I was a bid apprehensive about joining Great Expectations. But their dating service just kept "popping" up in my life. I'd talk with a friend who had joined or saw their ads and I just kept hearing about their dating "success stories." It made me think that I too could become a "success story."

Once I made the initial call, I knew it was the right decision. They took very good care of me and really helped me develop my profile and showed me how to use the system. I have been out with several Great Expectations' singles since I joined and each date has been a very positive experience. And, now that I've met Janie, great things just keep happening! I'd like to personally thank Great Expectations and endorse the company and their dating service—they really know what they are doing.

I'm Janie and I've lived in Atlanta all my life. I've done all the "right" things. I went to college (A&M!!) right out of high school and have really focused on my career. Last year I started my own business and have really learned a lot. I love my company and my clients and I have been so happy with my work-life. The only problem was I'd spent so much time and energy on my business, I completely ignored dating. With my business on a more even keel, I began to feel more and more alone. I was really missing out on a big part of my life. My friends (most of them married) would try to help me out by going to bars and parties with me and introducing me to the "new" singles they'd met, but I just wasn't having any fun or meeting the right people. Then, of all people, my mother brought up the idea of joining Great Expectations. She had seen a story on LifeTime TV about their dating service and thought it was a real solution for someone like me. She kept sending me articles or ads and even talked with a Great Expectations' representative who called me. I went in for the initial meeting and came out a new member. Wow was I surprised! I was surprised how knowledgeable the consultants were, how established the system was, how professional the video, photos and profiles were. After all that, I really wasn't surprised that I was their newest member. And, because of everything Great Expectations offers I really wasn't surprised that after only six dates and four months, I found Doug. We have a great time together. I hope we always will!
